Most orders will ship same or next business day.

Custom orders typically go into production same or next business day.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Flat rate standard and priority USA shipping options are available at checkout. Most orders will ship via USPS.

Free USA shipping options are available at checkout with minimum purchase.

All orders ship with tracking. We send an automated message with the tracking information once everything is ready to go. Most orders ship with USPS and tracking information/progress can be accessed via any search engine or directly at USPS.

If the shipping information provided with your order is incomplete, USPS may not accept the address and we'll contact you for more information as needed. Otherwise, we use the address information provided with your order. Delays outside of our control can happen - we appreciate your understanding.

International shipping options are limited. Contact us for options.

At this time, we are only shipping to Canada, Australia & New Zealand.

We use USPS Priority International Shipping and the non-refundable charge for these services is $50.

Ask any questions regarding options, measurements, installation requirements, special requests, or anything else prior to purchase. Please check your instrument and set-up needs carefully to see what will work for you. Check measurements before purchase. Ask in advance and we are happy to provide fit/compatibility information or make special arrangements if possible. 

Measurements are provided for each pickup style. Please be sure to check this information in relation to your project before purchase. Unless otherwise noted in a product description, pickups are standard sized for their style.

We provide pickup wire color codes for our pickups. Different manufacturers use varying codes so it's important to use the codes we provide.

Allow and expect variation in color due to photo and monitor settings, perception, lighting, as well as natural product variance. Color, sound, performance or other descriptions are subjective as well as generic in nature. Color descriptions indicate color of item, not material.  

Due to the vast and varied nature of possible components and set-up styles, we do not provide specific information or diagrams for installation. You should be able to use basic knowledge of wiring with the diagram or instructions of your choice using the provided Dragonfire Pickup wire color codes. Take your time for installation; do not use power tools and do not over-tighten or apply too much pressure on components. Note that pickup mounting screws are not designed to drill pilot holes.

Orders are processed quickly so please be sure of what you’re ordering before purchase. Some custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Be sure to contact us with any questions and read all item descriptions carefully when selecting options. Inspect your order upon receipt. If you have any concerns, contact us immediately to report any shipping damage or other issues.

For unused items, we accept returns within 30 days. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. For return details and to receive a Return Authorization, contact us.
